Process of a Plot & Build

Below are the basic steps we take with you to build your dream.
Your Vision
Discuss your vision with us! Tell us everything about it, where you would like to be located, what size of plot you are wanting, how many bedrooms you desire, what kind of materials you would like and everything else in between.
Making that vision come true! The next step is to sit down with our architect discuss that vision step by step, from the structure to the finishing touches where the architectural plans is then created. Once these plans are submitted and approved the building process starts.
Exterior and Interior Finishes
The structure is up! At this stage the final touches to the exterior of the house will be completed. Whether it’s traditional stone design you want or a style that is more unique, this is the stage it will be finished on. Along with the interior of the house, finalising materials, kitchen cabinets and more.
