With an extensive Real Estate background both in Cyprus and the UK since 2006, I always wanted to explore and expand my involvement in the Construction Industry. I brought together a group of experts, each one specialized and established in their own trade and formed a highly efficient team.
All of us are sharing indistinguishable vision – a platform that would be divided in sections, which complete the whole Construction Spectrum, to create environments that make life better.

Sandra Kaizer
Design Consultant
From a young age I was fascinated with colours, shapes and textures. In time, this passion became a
profession. Always taking in consideration the clients requirements as well as the character and
surroundings of the project.
My role at Helconia is to help you with the design of the internal and external space of your home.
Flora Neophytou
Creative and Organization Department
With a Degree in Graphic Design and a BA in Interior Design, having knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe and 3D Programs, I undertake the creative part of Helconia. I keep an open communication with the clients and all the departments of the Company.
